ULTIMATE POLICE ACADEMY
HISTORY
One day, in 1997 a group of SWAT raided ballas base, but because they wasn't good at team work and most of them didn't even know how to hold a gun, they losed, criminals owned them, criminals took the
San Andreas and SWAT's became losers. Jack fired everyone except his vice director, bunker. He decided that he will create a police academy, ultimate police acadamey, so he will know who's worth to join SWAT and who's not.

ROLEPLAY
Ultimate Police Academy is one of the best police units around the San Andreas, they're job is to recruit new police officers and change them to real police mans. UPA HQ Team is watching every step of new recruits in UPA. If officers want to get in a strong squad like SWAT is, they will have to get diplom. UPA members HAVE TO try RPing with a criminal who got wanted and if criminals act normal at the RP, UPA members HAVE TO offer them a bribe, UPA.

Members who are already in SWAT will be automaticlly added to UPA - they already have a diplom.

RULES
1. UPA members HAVE TO RP with a criminal who got wanted and if criminals act normal at the RP, UPA members HAVE TO offer them a bribe.
2. UPA Members HAVE TO warn the criminal 2 times, if they don't stop for RPing, destroy the vehicle/arrest them.
3. Read all f1 rules.
4. Respect high ranked members and everyone in the server.
5. Don't be rude, even if you're mad try to be friendly.
6. When you reach 2 warnings you will be kicked out of UPA.
